What We have available  12hr rotating shifts  Day Shift - 6am to 6pm Monday to Sunday Night Shift - 6pm to 6am Monday to Sunday 4 roles available  Onsite parking Start Mid Feb/March 2024 The Role  A great opportunity has become available for four Production Team Members to join our team based at our Kewdale manufacturing facility, who can adapt to the new and exciting environment at Coca Cola Europacific Partners as we continue to grow. Receive training and ongoing support, you will be able to operate high speed production and process equipment completing duties such as: Manage packaging and product changeovers Equipment cleaning Ingredient processing & batch making Monitoring production activity, resolving / escalating issues which impact production targets Using systems to accurately report on production data and quality checks About You Our chosen Production Team Members will have: A proactive mindset that will see you keep on top of the tasks on your shift Good verbal and written communication skills to manage day to day tasks, breakdowns, quality, and safety issues and escalations Eagerness to learn your production line A disciplined attitude to work safely in your environment and around the plant Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and LEAN Manufacturing Principles Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Previous experience operating high speed manufacturing machinery Permanent Australian work rights Our Employee Benefits At CCEP you can you expect an attractive package including staff product allowance as well as a broad range of discounts and benefits from a range of partners!
