Where will you be working... This role is located in Brisbane's CBD where you will be working in a beautiful office with a great company culture! This is an outstanding opportunity someone who has the ability to multi-task at a high level and really be part of many facets of the business.
What you will be doing… A hands-on role where you will provide support to the administration team. You will be a self-starter who is good at prioritisation. This is a diverse role and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Provide a high level of administration support to Directors and wider team
  • Client correspondence
  • Diary management and staff travel organisation
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate regular meetings
To be Successful… Due to the specificity of tasks in these roles, to be considered, you will have:
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role
  • Experience in professional services is advantageous
  • Good technological skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage numerous conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Will be proactive and professional in attitude and nature
