  • Corporate office based in the CBD + 1 day WFH

We have an exceptional opportunity to join a brilliant business who provide the most amazing working environment and where you will genuinely love coming to work each and every day.  This role is a Team Secretary supporting 2 really lovely Directors (super calm and lovely personalities).  This role is available due to the current incumbent moving interstate!
  
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, loves administration and wants to develop their PA and administrative skills in a professional office environment.  The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, a great communicator and excellent at prioritising.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  
  • Provide a high level of administration and support to 2 Directors and their team
  • Diary management plus help prepare your Director for meetings and ensure they have everything they need!
  • Liaise with clients on your Directors’ behalf – build strong relationships with these clients
  • Travel/Accommodation bookings
  • Preparation of client correspondence, reports, documentation and presentations
  • Billings
  • Maintain various internal systems
  • Assist with basic finance administration such as invoicing debtor coordination, expenses etc
  • Occasional Reception cover
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
  
  • Solid Administration Assistant experience
  • Experience working in a professional office environment and performed duties such as billings, client communication, etc highly advantageous
  • Team player attitude
  • Organised and able to multi-task with strong attention to detail
  • Great communication skills and excellent at prioritising
