About the role
The role is for a Part-Time Medical Receptionist who will be offering support to our 5 doctors, 2 nurses and administration staff.
Task & Responsibilities
· Answering telephone enquiries
· Triage calls
· Meeting and greeting patients on arrival
· Patient booking, confirmation and rescheduling
· Process accounts, receipts, batching and accounts follow up
· Recall and reminder system
· Scanning and processing of documents
· Sterilisation
· Assisting the doctor with any enquiries
· Cleaning duties
· End of day duties

Skills and experience
The right candidate must have the following qualifications and experience;
· 12 months or more experience working in General Practice
· High level of communication and attention to detail
· Ability to work autonomously
· Ability to multitask
· Knowledge of best practice
· Flexibility and reliability
