In July 2024, infringement management processing and customer service will transition from the Western Australia Police Force to the Department of Transport.
The Department of Transport (DoT) has some unique opportunities for new Team Support Officers to join our Infringement Services Team.
In this important newly created role in our Infringement Services Area you will support the Team Leader and Manager in the daily supervision of the team. You will monitor and report on the day-to-day workflow and performance of the teams implemented strategies to ensure team targets, goals and key performance indicators are achieved. You will also undertake quality assurance audits and identify training needs; and provide subsequent follow up, to ensure continuous improvement across the team.
As a Team Support Officer, you will assist in the resolution of escalated technical, customer service and legislative issues. This is an opportunity to demonstrate your attention to detail as you analyse and interpret data to assist the Infringement Services team.
As part of the transition of Infringement Services from WA Police to DoT you may be required to work from either Midland Infringement Management and Operations or DoT's Innaloo Tassels buildings for the period April-June 2024. Positions will be located at Tassels place in Innaloo from 1 July 2024.
