Role Overview:
As Technical and Production Support you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. You'll work closely with our sales team, clients, workshop and suppliers to deliver high-quality vehicle modifications.

Necessary Qualifications:
- MS Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Current Unrestricted Full Driver's License: Required for vehicle testing and transport.
- Visa: Living in Australia
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Scheduling:
- Coordinate the scheduling of vehicles for chassis extensions and GVM upgrades.
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
2. Vehicle Handling:
- Receive and dispatch new vehicles.
- Liaise with clients, dealers and the sales team to manage vehicle logistics.
3. Supplier Relations:
- Source supplier estimates for materials and services.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Work effectively within a small team.
- Be willing to work hands-on when required.
5. Technical Data Management:
- Upload data to the vehicle ECU (training required).
- Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with standards.
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Vehicle Mechanical Understanding: Familiarity with vehicle components and modifications.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks effectively.
- Effective Communiation: Clear and concise communication.
- Self-Responsibility: Take ownership of the assigned tasks.
- Microsoft Office: Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Automotive Inventory Experience: Knowledge of parts or stock management is advantageous.
- Customer Service: Prior experience in customer service is beneficial.
