QLD state government organisation are seeking multiple Technical Business Analysts Your new company A leading and crucial QLD state government organisation are seeking multiple Technical Business Analyst's to work on the rollout of a state-wide SAP based workforce management program. This is to be used across the entirety of Queensland and will see you be based in either Townsville or Mackay. Your new role Established many years ago to service the needs of Queenslanders throughout the state from Coolangatta to the Torres Strait, this Brisbane headquartered organisation are undergoing several SAP based transformations. To assist them in these, they are expanding their state wide team to hire professionals in several regions to help and assist local sites during this technical transition whilst liaising with counterparts across the state (with travel if/when required). Working within the Corporate Enterprise Solutions directorate and reporting to the Brisbane based Transformation Manager, you will work as part of the state-wide multi-disciplined Integrated Workforce Management team who are responsible for the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA across localised regions. Your role in this team will see you write use cases, capture processes, gather functional and non-functional requirements, create workflows, define technical specifications, identify critical touchpoints and analyse key data amongst other duties. Not limited to be working just within your own team, you will be conducting these tasks with other stakeholders across the organization both local and intrastate (with some travel required). These stakeholders will vary from senior management in Brisbane to those 'on the ground' in regional Queensland alongside everyone else positively impacted by this SAP rollout. Overall, as this programs Technical Business Analyst, you will capture processes, liaise with stakeholders throughout the organisation, identify critical touchpoints and analyse key data to be implemented in the new solution. What you'll need to succeed For this role you will need experience across the following:
Functional and non-functional requirement gathering
The creation of use cases, workflows and technical specifications amongst other documentation
Roadmap planning
Working with stakeholders of all levels
HR and payroll technical solutions
SAP and its ecosystem (S/4HANA, etc) advantageous
Government (and health experience) advantageous
Clear spoken and written communication skills
Full Australian working rights
What you'll get in return You will be offered an initial fixed term contract until the 30 th of June 2024 with a leading and crucial state government organisation. This is to be based in Townville or Mackay paying in line with AO7 (circa $130,000 - $140,000 base plus 12.75% super).
