As part of their Customer and Market program, you will support processes/resources, satisfying multiple stakeholders and disciplines as they undertake several regulatory compliance projects across a number of applications.
We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills along with a technical background.
Our ideal candidate will understand market systems and how they interact with one another and have experience with Billing Systems, Customer Information Systems and Meter Data Management Systems.
What we're looking for:
- At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in the Energy Industry very advantageous
- Experience with the following system types: Customer Information Systems, Meter Data Management systems, Billing Systems
- Proficiency in estimating effort for business requirements documentation.
- Extensive experience in categorising issues using a staged approach and providing recommendations based on thorough analysis.
- Expertise in translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Strong background in defining business process models and information/data models using appropriate notations such as BPMN and UML, encompassing both current ('as is') and future ('to be') states.
- Comprehensive experience in end-to-end program and project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to operate within a Program Delivery Stream within a matrix structure.
- Skill in engaging with both business and technical subject matter experts to gather accurate information and critically assess requirements.
- Proven track record of collaborating with vendors to deliver customised solution
- Demonstrated success in utilising data to enhance the customer experience (CX).
• Ensure that the scope of assigned products aligns with approved Program objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts both within and outside the organisation to gather, validate, and confirm data migration requirements.
• Provide progress updates according to milestones and reporting channels.
• Collaborate with testing teams and other project teams to understand test plans, defect triage processes, and reference business requirement documentation.
• Assist in maintaining the project Requirements Traceability Matrix until deployment.
• Support in managing IT contractors and consultants when necessary.
• Uphold safety, environmental, and legal responsibilities in accordance with standard work practices.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, fostering project communication channels and promoting collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to all relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.
