As Technical Business Analyst you will be an essential part of the team, in working with the business and technology to identify how the CRM can be used to effectively achieve business goals. Your responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, validate and articulate both technical and business needs & requirements.
- Be able to translate technical and business speak to each other.
- Use your knowledge of Agile environments to ensure adoption and increase Agile maturity in your team
- Manage and deliver change
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Contribute to overall continuous improvement
- Ensure consistency and adhere to the ways of working of the organisation
- Collaborate with relevant team members, vendors and stakeholders
- Support and testing of functional, non-functional changes for critical systems
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with Agile projects, certification is a bonus
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst within banking/finance
- Experience withCRM systems is a must! Dynamics 365 is a bonus
- Excellent communications and stakeholder relationship management skills with strong ability to motivate, engage, negotiate and influence.
