My client, Alleo is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst.

Position:
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of projects, streamlining processes, and contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of our clients in the mining industry. Your ability to comprehend both business needs, and technical intricacies will be critical in driving successful outcomes and fostering collaboration.
You will be an essential liaison between various stakeholders and the technology team. Key objectives will be understanding the business requirements in the human capital management and translating them into actionable technical specifications, facilitating the successful development and implementation of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Requirement Gathering and Analysis.
- Create comprehensive process models, workflow diagrams, and data flow diagrams to visually represent the current and future states of business processes.
- Produce detailed and well-structured technical specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams.
- Assist in change management activities, including the identification of impacted areas, development of training materials, and support during the implementation phase.
- Data Analysis: understand and analyse data from various sources to identify business process improvements.
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resources systems, preferably INX and SuccessFactors.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A drive for continuous improvement.
- A keen contributor to team engagement.
