Technical Business Analyst
Your role

You'll be a part of our IT team based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
As a Technical Business Analyst you will be required to gather, analyse, validate, and document the business needs of stakeholders. This include interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to understand appropriate technology solutions.
This role will also provide business intelligence, and work with the Cloud Solution Architect to recommend new and emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Cloud services.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. Hybrid working (60% in the office) is how we work however flexibility matters at Allens, so if you are seeking hybrid working or are looking for flexibility in your work, we would be happy to discuss what arrangements would work best for you.
About you
You will have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a similar role.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business or related field, and an accredited qualification in business analysis.
- Certification in LEAN Six Sigma is desirable.
- Experience working in an Agile environment to deliver software development projects.
- Experience in engaging with and managing both technical and business stakeholders and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a professional services environment is preferable.
