Murray Irrigation is a public company that maintains one of the largest water delivery systems in the country and provides irrigation water to over 2,200 farm businesses, landholdings, and environmental projects in excess of 750,000 square kilometres across the Southern Riverina in NSW.
Murray Irrigation has recently embarked on an ICT Transformation project. The Technical Business Analyst will be instrumental in defining and translating functional business and technical requirements into technical specifications, facilitating the ICT transformation journey.
This role combines in-depth knowledge of business processes and software systems with Business Analyst skills to facilitate the successful development and implementation of software solutions. Your expertise in mapping current business processes and leveraging them to drive improvements for the future will play a crucial role in enhancing and delivering project outcomes. From gathering and translating to user acceptance testing, your role plays a crucial part in enhancing our ICT Transformation journey.
Ideally, this role would be based onsite in Deniliquin, NSW, however for the right candidate, we would consider a hybrid work structure.
The perfect candidate
- Tertiary qualified in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of five years demonstrated experience working across ERP/CRM (Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce) enterprise system implementations or upgrade projects or application development projects.
- Demonstrated experience engaging stakeholders in elicitation workshop for requirement gathering.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
