Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless transitions and ongoing support for internal systems. Your role will involve documenting processes, analysing data, supporting system integrations, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Communication: Create detailed technical specifications, facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams, and ensure clarity on project scope and deliverables.
- Data Analysis & Integrity: Extract, analyse, and validate data to support decision-making and maintain data integrity.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for internal systems, manage change impacts, and conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Solution Development & Validation: Collaborate with development teams to align technical solutions with business needs, define test plans, and validate system functionality.
- Technical Leadership: Own the application stack, stay updated on industry trends, and evaluate new technologies to improve business processes.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and technical skills

- Experience with system integration and data transformation
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
