Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Technical Business Analyst to join their team.
The Technical Business Analyst oversees the implementation of Technical Business projects and solutions, carries out reviews and analysis of core Department services, processes and identifies changes that lead to business improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop requirements and scope process/systems change proposals and statements to support the Department’s business technologies, systems and tools; ensure compliance with the Department’s approved project management standards, methodologies, tools and/or systems
- Create and provide relevant artefacts to manage process in a controlled and governed manner
- Carry out data analysis, mappings and transformations considering accepted best business practice
- Contribute technical and thought leadership to assist other IT Directorate teams to document requirements; participate in cross-team process improvement to ensure business applications are effectively integrated and maximise the use of existing information, infrastructure and architecture
Selection Criteria:
- Extensive experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a large complex IT environment and a proven ability to deliver complex user specifications and/or detailed business requirements.
- Proven experience in System Integration projects.
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within enterprise scale databases.
- Demonstrated experience delivering results in enterprise level digital transformation projects.
- Proven understanding of project and systems development lifecycles and project management and business analysis methodologies (e.g. PRINCE 2, CBAP, Agile).
On offer is a 7 month contract at a highly sought after NSW Government organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
