Reporting into the Lead - Application Engineer, as the Business Analyst you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in the mapping out of current processes and identifying areas of improvement. You will bring expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Service Management, leveraging your experience in this space to improve efficiencies.

Description
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and create detailed technical process maps of existing IDAM documentations.
- Produce functional and non functional documents outlining current processes and systems being used.
- Review the existing Service management processes, provide suggestions on improvements to be made, and provide a recommendation on how we can go about migrating the spreadsheets and processes to user ServiceNow
- Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process diagrams.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Identity Access Management (IAM) and Service Management.
- Understanding of IAM concepts and technologies (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL and previous exposure to CMDB data flows.
- Experience backlog grooming
