Even though this task can be accomplished through programming, we will be using a point and click interface to generate the reports.

First up, we need to draft questions for the business and technical teams in order to scope the project.

Next, we need to design how the process should work for guest users.

To make sure the recommendations we’ve proposed are working, we’ll need to develop metrics to measure success of the feature.

Module 4: Ideation

Now that we’ve solved the immediate problem, it’s time to ideate and come up with ideas to extend the feature in the future.
