We are currently seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative who will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance with GoActive distributed products. You will utilise your technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, ad provide timely and effective solutions.

About you:
- Experience in technical sales, retail sales
- Prior experience in Technical Customer support or help desk role preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting product repairs and consumer issues
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software for managing customer inquiries.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
