Technical Enablement Specialist - Development, Implementation and support
Our client is innovative and well-established AI & SAAS company.
This role will play a crucial role in empowering our customers to maximise the value of the products. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance, training, and assistance to ensure successful adoption and utilisation of our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong Software/ Development technical background, great communication skills, and a passion for driving customer success.
Responsibilities:

  • Work with the customer success team to help answer any technical queries and provide guidance on product implementation, configuration, and best practices
  • Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to customers
  • Work with the frontend and backend team to address customer needs and bring new capabilities to the platform
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support customer enablement efforts.
  • Provide proactive support by identifying customer challenges and recommending solutions, enhancements, or workarounds.
  • Assist in the resolution of complex technical issues by troubleshooting, analysing logs, and working closely with internal teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform customer enablement strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in software applications, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure.
  • Proficient in common scripting languages such as Javascript or Python.
  • Solid DevOps and AWS skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
