Your new role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Management and Governance, the Senior Specialist, Technology Governance - Enablement is a key member of Australian Super's Technology team. The role is responsible for managing and continuously improving technology communications and ensuring colleagues across the Fund can easily navigate and use the Fund's technology tools and platforms.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
- Develop and manage an overarching plan of initiatives to meet key Technology Services knowledge and training requirements. For example, onboarding training sessions, online technology training portal, new ways of working.
- Work with providers of technology training to source cost-effective, high-quality training.
- Design manage and continuously improve the internal Chief Technology Officer's Communication Plan.
- Design and manage a program of work to better enable colleagues across the Fund to navigate and use the Fund's technology tools and platforms.
- Nurture and maintain internal relationships across all levels of the Fund, and with relevant vendors and partners.
- Manage processes with other technology teams and functions to optimise the Fund-wide Technology Operating Model.
- Monitor and provide regular governance reporting on key processes/programs.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes.
What you'll need:
- 8+ year experience relevant experience.
- 5+ years' professional experience working in the technology industry.
- 5+ years' experience working in a Technical Business Analysis / Business System Analysis / Design or Architecture capacity in the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work in highly pressured and complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders concurrently.
- Change management experience is desirable.
- Ability to influence stakeholders to achieve defined and emerging outcomes.
- A strategic thinker who has the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (i.e. big picture thinking, systems thinking skills).
- Collaborative, articulate and persuasive.
