Green Light is on the lookout for an experienced Technical lead to provide help with research and identify improvement / innovation areas to modernize their service delivery and end-to-end service delivery team for operations and project work.
Active AGSVA baseline clearance at minimum is essential – consultants who are not Australian Citizens and do not have an active baseline clearance cannot be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Advises the Solution Enablement by:
- oversee technical activities of solution design
- provide technical direction and guidance to less experienced team members to improve technical capability of the team. This includes guiding team members with troubleshooting and problem solving,
- provide technical advice to solve complex problems,
- collaborate with others to provide technical direction and standards across the branch and support a culture of continuous improvement
- Minimum five (5) years in a similar capacity as
- Prior experience delivering technical solutions into systems integrators and/or government departments is highly advantageous
- Expertise with cloud based design, architecture and delivery
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the design, implementation in complex enterprise infrastructure environments
- Innovative and continually improving technical environment
- Agnostic technical professionals with specialities across multiple platforms – be challenged by a high availability, significant enterprise-sized end customer
