Technical Lead

Join us in your Technical Lead role, where you will be leading a team of skilled software developers and to design, build, enhance and support our core and digital systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide thought leadership and technical expertise to the business and I.T for best-in-class technology solutions
Translate the business requirements into technical solutions
Own and Lead Application-level Design
Be an Active contributor in solution architecture and Architecture Review Board (ARB)
Assist in planning, estimation, and delivery of projects and initiatives
Manage the applications through application lifecycle
Complete Code Reviews and ensure applicable application and security standards are adhered to
Introduce best practices and design patterns in Application development space
Provide timely production support for the applications in scope
Coach, Mentor and Train software developers/application engineers
Performance Management and career development for the direct staff
You will bring:
10+ years of Software Development experience
3+ years of Technical Leadership Experience
2+ years of People management experience
Strong Proficiency in .NET, C#, and SQL
Strong Experience in building webservices (SOAP and REST)
Familiarity with OWASP and secure application development
Experience building cloud native solutions using Azure cloud
Experience in Agile Development methodology
Experience supporting and running critical applications
Any exposure with Content Management System would be highly regarded
