Working within the Technology, HR and Payroll business in CIO Group Business Units, the Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead function plays an important role in the development and maintenance of technical solutions and ensures that the detailed design and operations are fit for purpose. Primarily this will support the Human Capital Management transformation program with Oracle Cloud.

What do I need?
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM development, support and maintenance, with specialist application knowledge and experience with systems integration
- Experience working in the HR domain, in modules including - Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Absence, T&L and Benefits.
- Advanced analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting and consultative skills
- Experience in design studio rules, personalizations and auto complete rules.
- Good understanding and hands on knowledge of HCM extracts, OTBI and BIP reports.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Experience in working as a tech lead in a large organization, interacting with multiple teams and systems and managing system integrations.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects for various HCM modules.
- Experience in providing system support and problem solving in complex environments, involving activities like problem isolation, triage, RCA and remediation working across several teams.
- Experience in working with Agile and persistent teams will be highly valued.
- Experience in Java will be an advantage.
- Experience in test automation and Selenium Framework will be advantage.
