SalaryOur client is an instantly recognisable household name within the Financial Services industry. As they move towards Oracle Fusion Cloud, they are looking for someone to bring the team on this journey across Finance and Data as they look to enhance their Oracle Financials solution.
The Role:
- Lead technical design and implementation for Oracle Financials solution inline with the Strategic and Product Roadmap.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Engineering and Support teams within the division.
- Identify opportunities to improve development processes and standards.
- Contribute to a high performing collaborative environment, driving critical thinking and innovation.
- Must have 5+ years experience in an enterprise environment using Oracle EBS (R12+) and Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP & EPM products
- 2+ years Technical Leadership experience mentoring/leading engineering and support teams and working closely with Architects and Product Owners.
- Experience within the Financial Services industry is highly advantageous
- Good exposure to Finance and accounting operations desirable.
- Highly competitive salary - $170k - $185k + super + bonus
