As a Technical Manager / Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance with technical enquires along with resolving customer technical issues that arise. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking help and will need to be able to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues. Qualifications & experience
- 5+ Years experience in diesel and petrol generator industry either as a Mechanic or Electrician will be highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of various operating systems and software applications.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Confidently provide technical information to customers of varying technical literacy.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to customers to help them resolve their issues.
- Outbound calls and emails to service agents and dealers.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and self-study
- Provide technical expertise to customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate products and solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Assist with Sales queries from dealers via email and telephone.
