Your Role
Our Australian/APAC team is growing, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join us as a Technical Project Manager. This is a customer facing role where you’ll be the primary point of contact in delivering our proprietary software solution, Exonaut® to our military customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the Project Management and Operational Delivery of Exonaut® projects
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of 4C Strategies services.
- Develop relationships with ADF customers and relevant industry partners to support delivery and generate further opportunities for 4C Strategies growth.
- Provide regular input to the 4C software development process
- Provide input to proposal documents, pitches/presentations and RFP responses that match 4C solutions to business opportunities.
- Provide support to other 4C Projects and Services, including outside the defence sector, as required.
Who you are:
You will be a self-starter, with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. You will be a rapid adopter of technology, with a willingness to learn along with the ability to build trust and create good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you will have/be:
- Ex military, ideally with experience of ADF training
- Previous project management experience, ideally in a technical and/or IT related experience
- A broad network which can lead you to positive engagement within the Armed Forces and broader Defence Sector.
- Strong presentation skills and excellent communications skills.
- Ability to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution and foster innovation.
- Ability to travel, primarily within Australia but occasionally worldwide.
- Understanding of Quality Management, Health & Safety and Performance Management.
- Understanding and aptitude in relation to training systems and user support.
