About the Role.
We are seeking an independent, dedicated, and motivated Technical Manager with significant B2B and B2C experience in Queensland. The ideal candidate will have a background in resins or construction.
Key Responsibilities.
Reporting directly to the executive managers in Nouméa, the Technical Manager will:
- Represent the company to its clients in Queensland.
- Drive the development of our New Caledonia operations in Australia.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers in New Caledonia.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with company retailers and dealers.
- Identify and develop new opportunities in exterior floor coverings and landscaping to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the head office in Nouméa.
- Analyse market trends to ensure our product offerings and pricing align with market demands.
- Provide weekly performance reports using the company's template.
- Forecast and monitor key indicators such as monthly sales results and annual projections.
- Lead the implementation of agreed strategies and take ownership of results.
Skills and Qualifications.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the resin or construction sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and "White Card" are mandatory.
- Strong project management and business development skills.

Additional Information.
- Experience with sales targets and KPIs is preferred (1 year).
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
- Australian work authorisation is required.
- This position requires in-person work.
