The objective of the Technical Manager – Security & Technology is to lead the team into the future, providing an exceptional level of service to our customers, whilst having the ability to coordinate daily tasks for the technical team and oversee, troubleshoot and drive our team of Technicians.

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate Technicians on a day to day basis
- Liaise with customers, to ensure they have the best possible experience at every interaction
- Work with our R&D team in advancing our security assisted technology
- Oversee service and installation work in the field
- Actively streamline process and outcomes for efficiencies
- Hands on and jump in when things get busy – experience with service, maintenance and installation of access control and intercom systems
