We're looking for a Technical Product Managerto join our Product team and support us to push the boundaries of Machine Learning and genAI in our B2B SaaS platform while focusing on user-centric solutions.
Job DescriptionReporting tothe Head of Product, you'll play a crucial role in managing the outcomes of a cross-functional agile team from opportunity and discovery, definition and development to go-to-market and benefits realisation. This is a hands-on role, and we are looking for someone who can effectively manage their roadmap, mentor other product team members, and contribute to continually evolving how we work to ensure we are focusing on delivering value for our customers and driving innovation in our industry.

Own and consistently maintain your product family strategy, horizons and roadmap to ensure your portfolio maintains the competitive edge required to deliver consistent market value and ROI
Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the business domain, applying problem-solving skills to address critical and complex issues to ensure the product evolves in line with the company strategy
Collaborate with data specialists and engineers to design, develop, and optimize ML algorithms for marketing applications
Drive continuous improvement of AI models through iterative testing and refinement
Ensure that AI applications adhere to industry standards, data privacy regulations, and ethical guidelines
Ensure the scalability and performance of AI solutions to handle large datasets and real-time processing
Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to ensure high-quality input for ML models
Effectively communicate the product vision, needs, and priorities to the product delivery team(s) and commercial members of the business
Manage stakeholder expectations through communication plans and updates
Provide a detailed understanding of functional capabilities and limitations, user scenarios, and business value derived from a product initiative
Work closely with the Head of Product and other Product Managers to shape and execute the Product Development Framework practice at IntelligenceBank, by defining and refining processes and behaviours that improve the team’s ability to discover and deliver Product outcomes.

Comprehensive technical or general product management experience with B2B SaaS products
Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in ML and AI, such as Python and SQL, preferred
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks for ML models to ensure reliability and performance
Familiarity with big data technologies and tools like Kafka preferred
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and AI/ML services
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, preferred
Strong level of existing knowledge and continued appetite to explore ML-, AI- and genAI- solutions for marketing technology applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and gather requirements effectively
Leadership qualities to drive cross-functional teams towards common goals and inspire innovation.
Comfortable with shifting priorities in a scale-up environment
Strong bias for action and decision-making grounded in data and research
