WHAT YOU'LL BRINGWe are looking for someone who brings their passion and expertise to the table. If you possess the following qualities, you might just be the perfect fit:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales estimating.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Publisher, and other required software systems.
- Proven experience working with clients in a sales and customer service capacity.
- A willingness to work autonomously, coupled with a process-oriented and solutions-focused mindset.
- A methodical approach to your work, coupled with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Comfortable with heights, as roof inspections will be a part of your responsibilities.
- Actively contribute to a collaborative & dynamic workplace.
Working closely with our Sales and Operations teams, as a Technical Project Consultant you will evaluate project requirements and costs for roofing and waterpRoofing Projects on commercial buildings.Your main responsibilities will include:
- Attending site inspections and investigating roofing/water proofing issues with precision and attention to detail.
- Creating estimates and defining suitable scopes of work, ensuring our clients receive the best solutions tailored to their needs.
- Collaborating with other Sales team members, undertaking site/roof report inspections, and crafting compelling customer proposals and assessment reports.
- Partnering with our Operations team to effectively manage any questions or issues related to ongoing projects, customers, and sales.
- Staying up to date with industry and legislative standards through regular scheduled and self-directed training.
- Maintaining our CRM system (Pipedrive) and Operational scheduling system with accurate project and sales information.
- Regular team BBQs to celebrate the wins.
