Form of workWe are looking for a results-driven Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the Web Proxy Deployment project. Knowledge of Web Proxy technologies, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices is good to have. This role requires a combination of project management expertise and some technical acumen to successfully implement a Web Proxy solution.
What will you do:
-Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for Web Proxy Deployment projects.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
-Coordinate and communicate project objectives to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Possess a deep understanding of Web Proxy technologies, network protocols, and cybersecurity principles.
-Evaluate and recommend Web Proxy solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
-Work closely with technical teams to address and overcome challenges during the deployment phase.
-Coordinate the implementation and configuration of Web Proxy solutions according to project specifications.
-Ensure seamless integration with existing network infrastructure and security systems.
-Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to keep the project on schedule.
-Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise project disruptions.
-Proactively address issues and challenges to maintain project momentum.
-Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, technical configurations, and post-implementation reports.
-Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting project milestones and key performance indicators.
What do you need:
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).
-Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in deploying Web Proxy solutions.
-Strong technical background in networking, cybersecurity, and Web Proxy technologies.
-Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with technical experts.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
