Beko A&NZ currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join us as the Victorian state Technical Representative as part of our Service team. Working remotely, the main objective of the position is to provide technical and consumer support to Beko customers primarily but not exclusively within their assigned territory.

Beko A&NZ head office is in Ormeau, QLD but our Technical Representatives work in and around each state, working from a home office, and travelling to support our Authorised Service Centres, our 3PL warehouse sites, our retail store partners and sales team, and Beko customers generally. 

The key responsibilities of this position includes but is not limited to:  

  • Overseeing a network of Authorised Service Centre (ASC) which includes cost management, warranty claim and product auditing but equally important building strong working relationships with out ASC partners.
  • Problem solving and compliance resolution.
  • Assessing and servicing Beko appliances.
  • Provide technical support and training.
  • Monitor and coordinate the management of returned goods in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Monthly reports.
  • Ensure all appliance repair information and parts usage is documented.

To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate requires:

  • Certificate III in Appliance Service or equivalent (electrical, gas or refrigeration).
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar position (installations and repairs of ovens, cooktops, rangehoods, dishwashers and the like)
  • Consumer focus with good communication and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in diagnosing problems.
  • Experience with computer based service scheduling and reporting tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products including Excel and Word.
