Qualifications & experience
- Auto trade background and/or qualification Aptitude to learn and understand our product range. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. Enterprising individual who is self-motivated with a flair for sales.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Valid and current driver’s license. Ability to work autonomously with good time management & organizational skills. Has a strong capability in communication (verbal and written skills, including the ability to make presentations).
- Has a positive attitude and impeccable attention to detail. Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft office 365 (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook), Google Drive and etc.
- Mature, smart in appearance with great Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis
Tasks & responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs.
- All information and proposals sent to clients are prepared and communicated with a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s various products and services.
- Prepare quotes, respond to new leads, and customer enquiries within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain consistent follow up to convert them into appointments.
- Establish and nurture relationships with former clients and potential clients to facilitate sales.
- Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales.
- Use data to help clients understand how products can help them achieve their goals.
- Develop plans with management to expand existing market segments.
- Track progress of leads and maintain weekly sales planning reports.
