Working closely with a highly knowledgeable team, you will play a key role in answering incoming enquiries and providing solution-based sales advice. The successful candidate will be provided with ongoing product training and have the advantage of working closely with the senior leadership team in the Hemmant head office. To be successful in this role, you must enjoy building relationships with longstanding clients and have the ability to learn a technical product range.
Reporting to the Sales Director, your duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for sales enquiries generated through web, social media, and referrals
- Support external Sales Consultants by generating quotes and supporting documentation
- Ensure accurate client information is entered and maintained in CRM including leads and enquiries
- Follow up with clients nationally to ensure they have all the information required to make informed buying decisions
- Arranging meetings with the dedicated BDM within each region
