We require someone with experience on the phone or dealing with customers.
The role will include sales, customer support and some Basic Technical Support. We sell medical alarms on the phone and online nation wide and are one of the largest suppliers in Australia.
We require someone able to answer the phone, explain our product and close the sale with a credit card payment or follow up. They need to be organised and eager to prove themselves.
There will also be over-flow of general enquiries and technical enquiries. The alarms are very simple however we do need someone who can understand a mobile phone and smart watch or able to learn our products.
This is a role for someone who wants to join a small, enthusiastic team and look at a long term career in Australia's fastest growing medical alarm supply company.
This is not a role for someone who doesn't want to take accountability and drive their role.
