Salary- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our pump products, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including assistance with pump selection, system design, and troubleshooting.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base within the industrial and agricultural sectors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
- Safety: Strong commitment to adhere to Quality and WHSE policies and procedures.
- Technically minded with Engineering or Trade qualifications an advantage.
- Proven track record of success in Technical Sales, preferably within the pump industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites within the assigned territory.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
