Title of Position: Technical Sales Representative

Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Main Beach, Gold Coast QLD
Main duties: Managing professional client accounts, KPI’s, setting sales targets,
forecasting sales, pricing, manage orders. Must have good understanding of the
professional B2B beauty industry, in particular skincare. Experience with
importing/exporting in particular from France or more broadly Europe. Managing
relationship with our French partners and head office for the brand that we import
and distribute
Tasks & Duties
Identifying and analyse new professional clients in Australia and New
Zealand.
Identify and analyse new beauty brands or complimentary bands to beauty
industry to import from Europe, market research.
Identify and monitor competitor brands products and treatments
Maintain positive relationships with our professional clients, visiting their place
of business regularly to present KPI performance, strategize with client to
identify sales opportunities and follow up with sales support to boost sales
Planning our marketing/new product and treatment launch calendar for the
brands we import and represent. Present and explain new benefits of new
products to clients adapting to their clientele, location and needs
Track client sales performance, identify areas of strength and weakness,
recommend products to suit the client’s needs.
Monitor market conditions, competitor products and identify the suitability of
each new product launch into the Australian/New Zealand professional beauty
markets.
Monitor and report any changes in the market conditions and clients needs
Quoting, pricing, negotiating terms of our Supply Agreements with suppliers
and customers in collaboration with the General Manager
Receiving orders, launching them for preparation, arranging delivery,
installation, training of machines and products.
