This position manages a team of 20 and reports to the Business Unit Head - Medical Devices.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing the Technical Service Team into a world-class Technical Service organisation, by providing a superior level of service to all customers.
In addition, the Technical Service Manager is responsible for the management of Technical Third Party Service Providers, and all associated financial processes.

- Previous experience within Biomedical or the Medical Technology Industry. Service engineering management experience would also be suitable.
- Working knowledge of related Australian Standards:ISO 13485: 2016, AS/NZS 3551: 2012, IEC60601-2-24: 2012
- Willingness to travel across Australia, New Zealand and occasionally Internationally
- Proven sales support, customer relationship and people management abilities
