Responsibilities
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide customer support by answering phone and email enquiries
- Involves change controls, scheduling windows, compliance and activity with customer
- Upgrade the software version of Pure arrays in customer environment.
- Engagement of part replacement activity remotely for Pure Products.
- Good sense of ownership to customers' reported issues and track them through resolution and bring to closure using ticketing system.
- Manage customer issues in a timely manner and escalate when necessary
- Applies documented troubleshooting steps to resolve the issues raised by customer.
- Follow standard operating procedures, and respond professionally
- Notify a Support Manager of critical customer issues.
- Provide the training and coaching to new hire support engineer
- Participate and manage the team project
- Participate the global project to represent APJ team
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Team
- 3 to 6 years
- Ability to resolve customer problems, and escalations utilizing appropriate internal and external resources available to Technical Services.
- Proven critical thinking skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Linux Command Line Basics
- Beginning knowledge of technologies such as storage (SAN, Fiber Channel, Ethernet, ISCSI)
- Preferably have knowledge of operating systems (Solaris, LINUX, Windows, VMware), LANs & WANs Layers 1-3.
- Desire to learn advanced levels of Pure products and SAN, Fibre Channel, Ethernet, and iSCSI technologies

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
