Our client is a worldwide leader in safe, clean electricity generation and energy services. They are currently looking for a Technical Services Manager with expertise in Power, Renewable Energy to join their team in Melbourne.
About the role:
Lead technical aspects of project development from pre-feasibility to delivery, overseeing engineering consultants and contractors.
Act as the technical representative, providing oversight for projects managed by partners, particularly in design, construction, and commissioning.
Evaluate the technical feasibility of Renewable Energy and hydrogen production projects.
Conduct technical and environmental due diligence for potential acquisitions.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, lenders, clients' technical teams, advisors, insurers, and electricity suppliers.
Collaborate with various internal teams, such as Business Development and Portfolio Management, and Accounting and Tax.
