Key Responsibilities:
- Answering support phone calls, emails, and tickets from customers
- Testing returns and repairing or replacing items as required
- Testing new products and providing feedback
- Creating solutions using our extensive product range
- Providing exceptional customer service and Technical Support
What We’re Looking For:
- Technically minded individuals with a background in IT or electronics (no formal qualifications required)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort with conversing on the phone and in person
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
