Your Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate Technical Supportto join our high performing Technical team on a Permanent Part-time basis based in Caringbah.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Support the Technical Manager with troubleshooting the following equipment:
- Balances
- Printers
- Computers
- Compounding equipment.
- Other equipment when required.
- In consultation with the Technical Manager coordinating maintenance / repairs or other requirements and escalating to Technical Manager and / or Department Supervisors when required. Including but not limited to:
- Aircon
- Air compressor
- Cleaning
- Plumbing and electrical
- Pest control
- HVAC Systems
- Other external contractors.
- Ensure all external contractors are appropriately inducted into the facility.
- Update the Asset Register and Technical Schedule for Equipment and Facility.
What you will bring to our Family
- A passionate to help animals is a must.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 application (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the capacity to act and work independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member using clear, concise, and respectful communication skills.
- Strong problem solving, research and analytical skills with the ability to present information in a logical and coherent manner.
- A positive attitude and approach to achieving all required tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to always act in safe manner and adhere to WHS requirements.
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
