In the role of Technical Support Analyst, you will supervise on-site and remote staff who undertake activities relating to the installation, configuration and Maintenance of Information Communication Technology to meet the needs of the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), and other supported agencies across regional Queensland.

You will be responsible to lead your team while actively working in the delivery of ICT services within your nominated area as an extension of your support team.
In this 100% on-site role, you will contribute and work within a larger leadership group to ensure a consistent service delivery culture.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate, supervise and deliver second level ICT support for approved ICT in accordance with policy and procedures and provide advice to management on ICT related issues and improvement opportunities
• Manage resourcing to ensure scheduled ICT work and incident response is delivered in an effective and timely manner, while managing stakeholder interactions and relationships to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
• Provide leadership and coordinate the activities of a team, so that outcomes are achieved in an effective and efficient manner
• Coordinate the provision of ICT services and supplies through from internal and external suppliers
• Coordinate local activities for business continuity and disaster recovery situations in line with ITB Regional Business Continuity plans, as well as providing operational guidance to Regional Business areas
