Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Support and assistance of the ICT systems for the hospital redevelopment projects.
- Assist in the configuration, installation, and testing of network infrastructure, clinical applications, and systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ICT streams to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues and challenges.
- Assist in documenting ICT system configurations, diagrams, and procedures accurately.
- Participate in commissioning ensuring ICT systems meet functional requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented ICT systems and technologies.
- Collaborate with cyber security team to ensure compliance with security measures and industry standards.
- Assist in evaluating and recommending solutions for technical challenges and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related industry certifications.
- Previous experience in a Technical Support role within a Hospital setting is desirable.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, clinical applications, and systems.
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support for network infrastructure LAN/WAN/WiFi.
- Knowledge of clinical systems, applications, and protocols.
- Familiarity with desktop support and AV systems.
- Basic understanding of server and storage environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
