Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join us now! 

Caelus Wireless is the Distributor for world-leading two-way radio manufacturing & solution providers such as Hytera. At the forefront of critical communication technology. We specialize in providing and wholesaling two-way radio, Push to Talk over Cellular, LTE & 5G devices to partners across Australia & New Zealand. We work closely with our brand partners internationally and long-standing ANZ local channel partners to supply world-leading products across all mission-critical and commercial users in all industries. 

In the role of Technical Support Engineer, you will assist our channel partners with versatile and solid two-way radio communication solutions. The role requires a good understanding of two-way radio technologies or any other relative telecommunications technologies:

• Must have certain experience in Radio or IP communications solutions Technical support, and/or customer relationship-related positions. 
• Basic knowledge of wireless communications fundamentals and voice/data/application architectures and solutions.
• Desire to build product and technical knowledge
• Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve is essential.
• Great verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
