💼 Role Overview: As a Technical Support / Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance with system designs & technical enquires along with resolving customer technical issues that arise. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking help and will need to be able to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues. 

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Teamviewer
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
• Provide clear and concise instructions to customers to help them resolve their issues
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM
• Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and self-study
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Provide technical expertise to customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate products and solutions

🔑 Desired Skills and Experience:

• 3+ Years experience in the Electronic Security, Access Control and CCTV industry 
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of various operating systems and software applications
