Position: Receptionist As the face of CJC Law, our receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. We are seeking a talented individual to fill this critical role and contribute to our firm's continued success.

CJC Law is a Conveyancing Law firm based in North Lakes. 

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service to the firm's clients in our North Lakes Office.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
• Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
• Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized workspace
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing conference room schedules
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office
