Vocational Educational Provider looking for a Technical Writer for a Dynamics 365 and customer service related project.
Our client is South Australia's largest vocational education and training provider currently going through cutting-edge projects in the realms of Microsoft Dynamics, customer service, and education. We are seeking a skilled IT Projects Technical Writer to join our team and play a crucial role in documenting and communicating the intricacies of our diverse projects. There have several customisation and internal enhancement projects that will require this resource to write them from a Technical Writer point of view for our client's students and staff. It is worth clarifying this is not CRM Developer role.
- 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week
- Regency Park and CBD locations (2 days WFH allowed)
- Adelaide based candidates only. This role requires the candidate to be in the office every day due to critical hardware being based on different sites.
- $70 to $100 per hour base plus 11% superannuation on an hourly rate contract, 37.5 hours (15% casual loading included). The rate of pay is aligned with skills, experience, or expertise.
- Education Services (Post-Secondary Education) 2020 industry award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances and superannuation.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand technical details and translate complex information into clear and concise documentation.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for IT projects, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics, customer service solutions, and education platform environments.
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and online resources to facilitate seamless understanding and utilization of our products and services.
- Ensure documentation aligns with industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and validate technical content.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the IT industry, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics, customer service, and education technology.
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other documentation tools.
- Experience in creating documentation for end-users and technical professionals.
- A keen eye for detail, organization, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
