Technical Writer

Ignite are looking to hear from experienced Technical Writer/E-Learning Developer for one of our government clients.

Location: ACT 
Duration: 12 months with 2x 12 months extension option 
Citizenship Requirements: Must be Australian Citizen with NV1 clearance 

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality technical documentation
• Create materials for non-technical audiences
• Deliver content tailored to diverse audiences
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Cultivate strong relationships
• Assess and improve knowledge artifacts
• Work with Microsoft Word, Teams, Adobe Captivate
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM
• Work within project teams

Experience Needed:

• Technical documentation skills
• Content creation for diverse audiences
• Collaboration with internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, Adobe Captivate
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Working within project teams

Desirable:

• Agile product development
• Understanding of federal government organizations
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles
• Information security and privacy awareness
