Your new role will include:
- Face-to-face and remote IT support
- Monitoring and providing Level 2 support
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining network-based applications and systems, including Active Directory Services, DNS, DHCP, MS Exchange Email, Backups, VMWare, Anti-Virus, Application Servers
- Troubleshooting hardware network and software issues
- Assisting with the implementation of network infrastructure
- Experience in Windows 10 support
- Experience in fault resolution of hardware, network, and software issues
- Demonstrated experience maintaining PCs, printers, servers, and application software
- Regular travel will be required within NSW.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills, and proven experience going the extra mile for end users
