Technology Delivery Manager

Reporting to the CTO, the Technology Delivery Manager will be responsible for the delivery of both operational support and technology projects, to achieve strategic goals and enhance customer experience. The role will oversee the management of infrastructure, systems, data, and digital domains, encompassing key functions such as service desk, applications support, and engineering. 

Responsibilities include

• Manage a business-centric service operation that supports all units/users
• Lead the migration of data and updates, adhering to security requirements across PCI DSS 
• Drive end-to-end Project Management aligned with business strategy; through high level and detailed designs
• Oversee platform maintenance and daily operations of applications (e.g. CRM, ERP, POS)
• Report on IT performance, projects, risks, security, and business updates
• Monitor system, data and server performance, executing timely upgrades/ repair
• Develop plans, delivery architectures (onshore/offshore/partner) and budgets for the implementation of projects
• Lead IT team (Australia and Philippines) to build a high performing, service oriented culture

The Person

• Proven experience in a similar IT leadership role (retail or FMCG experience highly regarded)
• Exposure to data processing, enterprise software applications, retail POS, ERP, Ecommerce, CRM, and BI systems
• Systems implementation and integration experience in an on/offshore delivery model
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills fostering team growth
• Financial acumen, strategic thinking, and commercial mindset with decision-making influence
• Service-oriented attitude with a focus on adding value
• Availability to be scheduled for on-call rosters and after-hours escalations
